Meet the Chef


Born in Strasbourg, France, I was lucky enough to grow up in a region rich in cultural and culinary identity, and a family where great importance is given to homemade meals taken together. As a little girl, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with my mother, assisting in the preparation of family dishes and desserts - varying with seasons and the yearly calendar.


Since then, my interest in food and cooking has grown and grown, becoming an increasingly important part of my life throughout the years. My curiosity for food is multi-faceted, from cultivation and markets, to nutrition and preparation of course, as well as reviews and stories of food from all over the world.


After graduating from HEC Paris (one of the world's foremost business schools) and several years working in the startup scene both in Europe and Asia, I decided to give my life a new direction by training to become a Pastry Chef.

As a mother of two, I am driven by the desire to bring joy, to share my passion and further pass on the traditions I have received, while striving for a more healthy and environmentally-friendly Pâtisserie and lifestyle.
